What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness meditation is a mental training practice that teaches you to slow down racing thoughts, let go of negativity, and calm both your mind and body. It is the quality of being present and fully engaged with whatever we’re doing at the moment that is free from distraction or judgment.   
 
In this Chapter we will be introducing beginners to Mindfulness and Meditation, this can be a great way to start, especially when tackling our obstacles.
